Project Management for everyone!

This one is an absolutely interesting read! I've done project/portfolio management (PM) for the better part of 20 years. I use this as reference in my Masters of Project Management studies as often as I use Project Management Institute's Practice Standards and Book of Knowledge. This book is a must-read for not just any project manager, but executives who need a primer on project management. I was thoroughly amazed at Mr. Moustafaev's ability to use information about a truly eclectic variety of individuals (such as Lady Astor, Joseph Stalin and Lucky Luciano) as very compelling project management case studies and examples. I have read project management and related books from the PMBOK to MS Project guides to textbooks. To be honest, most of these PM books (and other PM references I've examined) tend to be somewhat dry, boring, jingoistic, uninviting, etc. However, Mr. Moustafaev has succeeded in bringing life and warmth(?) to an extremely important discipline that will be the rise and fall of many enterprises in the next decade. It is no wonder that PMI has accepted Mr. Moustafaev's latest treasure as an "official" part of their project management body of works.

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, I found this book to be easy to read yet quick to the point. I will be using this book as a reference from here out. I agree with others that this should be mandatory reading for any manager who wants to understand the true worth of a good Project Manager.
